| Alright, I will try not to break any rules of writing i.e. begin first sentence with capital letter. Since this blog has been long forgotten, I find it a very good private space to sharpen my writing and typing skills. Okay, let us begin with my trip to Amphawa with ALL of my friends at Chulalongkorn. Maybe this trip is the last trip that we gathered this much before we actually graduate. Still I do hope that we will plan a group trip again.
We agreed to go on Friday evening but because the others had classes until 3PM, so I was responsible for van booking. I have booked around 3.30PM but unfortunately they could not make it in time, as a result, it had to postpone to 4.30PM and that made Aun really furious! 'She' said she will go there alone blah blah blah. Thankfully, I have Buun and Rit to comfort her. Well I do not know why Aun is acting like this, but okay, as long as she is my friend.
Anyway, we left Bangkok on time (yay!). Time passed so quick we did not even realize that we actually arrived, because we were laughing all the way to Amphawa. Tukta has a friend whose family runs a resort by the river called Ruen Nam Yen, so we have a cheaper place to stay for the night. Tiger said something funny like "It's more like a boyscout camp!" LOL The room was very huge, full with beds, moreover, we could all packed together in that room. Rit bothered me a lot by saying that he will not do anything particularly other than drinking alcohol. (-_- duh!) After we have checked in, the resort provided us with a van to send us off to Amphawa river market. The air of the market impressed me most; people walking, buying deli from sellers which their shop are actually on flatboats. Along the river, there were also shops, most were decorated old-fashioned but classic way, each selling things so nostalgic. To my thought, food was remarkable delicious I could not resist to buy: i.e. coconut ice cream with Tuay Foo, grilled sea food products, Thai desserts, etc. Around 9.30PM a boat have picked us up from the market
